The Summit’s meeting venues offer a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces, including multiple dining halls, pavilions, indoor and outdoor theaters, meeting rooms, lecture halls, and thousands of acres of outdoor space. Additionally, the facilities at Summit Bechtel Reserve are designed to seamlessly blend with the surrounding natural environment, creating a unique and inspiring atmosphere for attendees.
J.W. Marriott Jr. Leadership Center
The J.W. Marriott Jr. Leadership Center on Robert E. Murray Leadership Ridge is the Summit’s state-of-the-art conference facility. Inside the Center, discover a range of exceptional spaces designed to accommodate events of all kinds. The space includes a 300-person dining hall adjacent to six classrooms. Customize the layout of the six classrooms to suit your needs. For larger events shows, up to four classrooms can be combined to create a single, expansive space, accommodating up to 300 guests in total.
The venue includes:
- Two classroom wings (240 seats each with individual desks)
- One wing configurable to two classrooms (120 each)
- One wing configurable to four classrooms (30 each)
- 300-seat dining hall with full kitchen and beverage station
Capacity: Ranging from 60 to 728 depending on room/area

Gene. H. Yamagata Hall & Sunset Reception Area
Located on the lower level of the J.W. Marriott Jr. Leadership Center, the Gene H. Yamagata Hall is a state-of-the-art theatre designed to accommodate up to 300 guests.
Additionally, this venue has an adjacent intimate gathering space next to the theater’s entry. Sunset Reception Area has a built-in bar, high-top tables, and additional seating, creating a truly unique and versatile setting for your next event.

- Control room for lighting and surround sound
- Private entrance
- Sunset Reception Area with built-in bar for snack and beverage service

Robert E. Murray Amphitheatre
If you’re looking to take your event outdoors, the adjacent Robert E. Murray Amphitheatre is the perfect option, providing a cozy and intimate setting for up to 125 guests to enjoy the fresh mountain air and the beautiful surroundings.

Rex W. Tillerson Leadership Center
The Rex W. Tillerson Leadership Center is an integral part of the exceptional Thomas S. Monson Leadership Excellence Complex. The Center features several impressive facilities, including the Perot Family Leadership Wing, Ross Perot Leadership Hall, James S. Turley Leadership Wing, and The Rees-Jones Foundation Leadership Veranda.
Inside the Rex W. Tillerson Leadership Center are seven classrooms with giant glass windows that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding forest. Ross Perot Leadership Hall includes an attached catering kitchen. The Center’s outdoor covered patio offers a comfortable space with tables and chairs, to soak up the fresh air while you brainstorm and collaborate with your team.
The venue includes:
- 6 classrooms equipped with whiteboards and monitors can fit up to 50 students each in collaborative-style seating. Two of the 6 rooms may be combined to hold up to 100 guests.
- Ross Perot Leadership Hall: 2,500-square-foot with seating for up to 150 participants equipped with a projector, screen, speakers, and a catering kitchen
- The Rees-Jones Foundation Leadership Veranda: Covered outdoor space with tables and seating
